SVP Hyderabad hosted the Bahubali Epic Fundraiser, an innovative initiative blending philanthropy with entertainment. Conceptualized by partner Shobu Yarlagadda and supported by fellow partners, the event encouraged donations toward NGO capacity building in exchange for a complimentary Bahubali Epic pre-release screening.
Planned and executed in just 15 days post-Daan Utsav, the fundraiser saw 380 attendees — partners, CSR guests, and supporters — coming together to celebrate collective impact. The event raised ₹9.7 lakhs to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of our partner NGOs.

SVP Hyderabad hosted Daan Utsav – Hyderabad 2025 on October 8th — a day celebrating impact, inspiration, and collaboration. The event brought together 20 NGOs, 50 NGO representatives, 51 SVP partners, 15 ecosystem leaders, and 12 CSR teams, showcasing the power of collective philanthropy. A key highlight was the keynote by P. Sainath, Founder of PARI, who emphasized empowering marginalized communities and the vital role of storytelling in restoring dignity and voice to rural India.

Our non-profit partner, Coding For All, successfully completed the Digital Literacy project in two schools in Hyderabad and Nizamabad!
Preeti Khandelwal, Lead Partner, and Venkat Ramana, Grants review committee member, attended the event to interact with students, founders, and volunteers.

SVP Hyderabad celebrated Daan Utsav with Goonj, Joy of reading, Earth Sense, Deven’s Hope foundation-Deven Baheti, and Enabling Leadership.

Here are some happy faces from our Hyderabad Partners Meet!

The team had rich discussions on how our non-profits help enterprises turn into profitable ventures, limits on expenditures for non-profits, and various parameters to measure impact, to name a few!

Presenting Project Ankurum: Aamrapali, Sunita & Usha (lead partners) shared their experience and journey of working on Project Ankurum!

I have been working with Swasti for the last two years, and I am very impressed with the strength of their on-the-ground networks, humility, and willingness to engage and learn from every possible source. The initial signs are extremely encouraging, and they have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the future.

Passion and commitment to a cause overcome resource constraints to a great extent. I learned about intrinsic motivation from cause-driven organizations. There is enormous scope for us, from non-NGO backgrounds, to support the NGOs in the areas they need help to lead, grow and sustain.

SVP is the right platform for my initiation into the social sector. I realized that my corporate skills in strategy development, coaching, and building teams are transferable to this domain. Working with organizations such as SAFA and Swasti, which focus on women’s empowerment, motivates me to do more.

I joined SVP to give shape to my philanthropic intentions. I learned that there is so much work to be done to benefit the disadvantaged sections of society. I realized that many successful NGOs work passionately for their cause, and we can help them scale up their operations and efficiencies. SVP can make a big difference.
