About the partner
A commerce graduate from Badruka College of Commerce & Arts, Usha is passionate about education, entrepreneurship, sports, women empowerment, and the transformation of societal and cultural values. Being actively involved in business discussions at home helped her develop a strong understanding of the nuances of business and the intersection of enterprise and social impact.
Usha has previously worked with Srinivasa Farms as General Manager – Business Development (Layer Division) and was a member of the core leadership team. She’s currently in real estate.
She also volunteers at Landmark Worldwide, a personal and professional development organization focused on enabling individuals to achieve success and fulfillment. Usha enjoys travelling, reading, music, and adventure sports, and is the proud parent of two adult children, Meghana and Prithvi.

“I am passionate about contributing in education, entrepreneurship, sports , women empowerment, and transformation of societal & cultural values. I joined SVP to share my skills and expertise since I believe in the structure and philosophy of SVP. I am currently a part of the Education vertical where we are curating a 5 year strategy for the chapter. The aim is to identify our strategic focus areas for the verticals to stay focussed and maximise our outcomes. I am also looking forward to be a part of SVP policy think tank.”
