Zhooben Bhiwandiwala has been with the Mahindra Group since 1985 and currently is a Director on the Boards of Mahindra Holdings Ltd. (Executive Director), The East India Company group (UK), Mumbai Mantra Media Ltd (Chairman), United World Colleges Committee India (Chairman), Mahindra International School, Pune (Chairman), and The Mahindra United World College of India He is also a member of the Global Advisory Board of i-Probono, UK, and Safe Kids Foundation, India.
Over his 4 decade-long career, he has held key leadership roles across multiple sectors and geographies, with extensive experience in finance, legal, HR, strategy, cross-border M&A, and business incubation.
Zhooben played a pivotal role in conceptualising and leading the Mahindra Partners Division, incubating high-growth ventures across diverse sectors including Cleantech, AI, Healthcare, and Retail. He has also served in international assignments in the UK and US, and held several board positions across Mahindra Group companies and social impact organisations.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Zhooben continues to contribute to the Group’s strategic direction and governance.
