Vishwas Panjiar

Vishwas Panjiar is a Chartered Accountant and law graduate with over 20 years of experience in the Indian tax and regulatory landscape. He is currently a Partner at SVAS & Co., where he advises clients on a wide range of tax, regulatory, and transaction-related matters. Prior to this, he was associated with Andersen India and spent over a decade with Grant Thornton, along with earlier experience at one of India’s oldest law firms in their tax and consulting practice.
His expertise spans compliance management, corporate restructuring, mergers and demergers, business modelling, and transactional tax advisory, including supporting private equity investments and assisting global corporations in establishing their presence in India.
Vishwas has worked across sectors including aviation, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, IT/ITES, and services. He is a regular speaker at industry forums and has contributed thought leadership through articles and publications. He has also delivered international trainings as a designated faculty with Grant Thornton International.
He is actively engaged in the social sector and is an honorary member of Round Table India, where he has held leadership roles at the national, area, and chapter levels.
