Vijayalakshmi Rao

A post graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, Vijayalakshmi has 40 years’ of experience in consulting and entrepreneurship and offers mentoring and business advisory support to help entrepreneurs scale their business.
She is deeply committed to the cause of women’s education, empowerment and entrepreneurship and mentors women entrepreneurs through a number of voluntary forums. She is also on the board of ANEW, the Association for Non-traditional Employment for Women — a Chennai based NGO dedicated to women empowerment.
Viji enjoys travelling with her husband and spending time with her family.
