Vijaykrishnan Venkatesan is the Managing Director of Kennametal India Limited (KIL), APAC, Middle East and Global Vice President for Specialty components business at Kennametal. Kennametal Inc., a US based multinational and industrial technology leader in materials science, tooling, and wear-resistant solutions for customers across the aerospace, earthworks, energy, general engineering, and transportation industries.
He is the immediate Past Chairman of CII Karnataka State Council, Director on the Board of Invest Karnataka Forum and is an Executive Committee Member of Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA).
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, he is passionate and wants to make to an impact in areas of Climate change action, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Women empowerment and STEM education & skill development of girl children.

Anita Vijaykrishnan is a Senior Technology Leader with close to 30 years of work experience in IT strategy, delivery & engineering. Anita is passionate about Leveraging Technology to impact business outcomes. She has proven experience in developing solutions that impact Revenue, Growth and Transformation. She has worked in domains like Applications, Products, Platforms, Infrastructure, Information Security both in the industrial and hi-tech sector. She believes in collaborating with business to explore transformational initiatives and outcomes that address the fundamental requirements of business.
Anita is currently heads Honeywell Technology Solutions, India. The RD&E arm of Honeywell globally.
Anita is an ardent supporter and promoter of “Women in Tech” and leads initiatives and outcomes both in her professional and personal capacity to create an impact in this space. She is a strong believer of “Return-ship for Women in Tech” and believes this is an untapped talent pool that many organizations have not explored and leveraged. Over and above this, she is on the Committee that manages CSR initiatives for Honeywell in India.
