Vani Vaish

Vani has 18 years of diverse experience in training, learning, development, diversity, inclusion, culture building, and POSH-related functions. She specializes in developing and implementing policies for workplace safety, particularly in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
She works with organizations to create and support Internal Complaint Committees (ICs), develop complaint redressal mechanisms, and provide training and mentorship for IC members in compliance with the POSH Act, 2013. As an external advisor, she consults on sensitive and complex sexual harassment cases, serving as the external 4th member for ICs, handling training, reporting, fact-finding, and mentoring requirements.
In the past, she has successfully transitioned U.S., British, and domestic processes from pre-pitch to post-training delivery stages, focusing on process improvement, content digitization, and proficiency enhancement. Her expertise lies in operating in virtual, global environments across cultures, incorporating adult education principles, performance reporting, and transforming training practices to enhance leadership and performance.
Vani is actively involved in SVP as a member of the Partner Engagement Committee. She is the Lead Partner for Slam Out Loud and Sampark Sathi.
