Vaishali is a social impact professional with over 16 years of experience working across child protection, education, livelihoods, resource generation and sustainable development. Her work has always been about connecting people and purpose — bringing together communities, institutions, and ideas to build change that lasts.
She has worked with organisations including the American India Foundation, Smile Foundation, and India Vision Foundation, where she has helped drive initiatives in youth employability, institutional growth, system alignment, and social reform. Over the years, she has led programs and teams across the country, shaped program strategy, and built partnerships that balance compassion with accountability.
With a background in Human Development and a Master’s in Social Work, Vaishali brings a grounded understanding of people and systems. She believes that meaningful progress takes shape when empathy guides action and collaboration becomes a shared responsibility.
