Usha has worked for Srinivasa Farms as a General Manager-Business Development (Layer Division). In addition, she was a member of the core team. Currently, she handles the family’s real estate assets and future prospects.
Usha is a commerce graduate from Badruka College of Commerce & Arts and is passionate about contributing in education,
entrepreneurship, sports , women empowerment , transformation of societal & cultural values. She was always involved with the business conversations in the house which really helped her understand the nitty gritty of the business and also a glimpse of how businesses and social impact can go hand in hand. She also volunteers with ‘Landmark Worldwide’, a personal and professional growth, training and development company focusing on people achieving success, fulfillment and greatness.
Usha enjoys travelling, reading, music and adventure sports. She has 2 adult children -Meghana and Prithvi

“I am passionate about contributing in education, entrepreneurship, sports , women empowerment, and transformation of societal & cultural values. I joined SVP to share my skills and expertise since I believe in the structure and philosophy of SVP. I am currently a part of the Education vertical where we are curating a 5 year strategy for the chapter. The aim is to identify our strategic focus areas for the verticals to stay focussed and maximise our outcomes. I am also looking forward to be a part of SVP policy think tank.”
