Uma Gumireddy

Uma Gumireddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI), actively contributing to the advancement of urban planning in the country.
Uma was formerly associated with Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU), where she taught M.Tech Planning for several years, mentoring numerous undergraduate and graduate students in their thesis and dissertation work.
Her husband, Mr. Phaneendra Reddy Gumireddy, is an IAS officer in Telangana, making notable contributions to public administration. Their children are currently in the United States, focusing on their professional growth.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Uma has a passion for traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and clay modeling, adding a creative touch to her interests.
