She is currently a Partner at SVAS & Co., where she leads HR advisory and consulting engagements, working closely with boards and leadership teams to design and implement strategic people solutions.
Prior to joining SVAS, Swati was the Founder and CEO of SaishAa Services, an HR advisory and outsourcing firm, where she partnered with organisations across sectors to drive organisational effectiveness and talent strategy.
Her expertise spans compensation and benefits, HR transformation, organisational development, and leadership advisory. She has also taken on CHRO roles for multiple organisations, delivering end-to-end HR solutions by leveraging her experience across large MNCs and high-growth companies.
