Swati Mudgal

Swati Mudgal, former head of C&B at Tata Teleservices (and a rather long stint at Wipro prior to that), is the Founder- CEO of SaishAa Services. In over 17 years of corporate career, Swati cut her teeth in management functions, drawing up countless strategies, engagements, projects, big and small. She quit a successful corporate career about 8 years ago, to set up SaiasAa Services, a HR Advisory, Consulting -and Outsourcing firm. She now wears an entrepreneur’s hat and has a roving eye for opportunities.
Despite her frenetic business pursuits, HR Advisory services provides her an opportunity to dig into an area where she has spent most of her formative years and more importantly, the satisfaction of home coming for a thoroughbred HR professional. She has taken over the role of Chief Human Resource Officer in several organisations and together with her team delivers cutting edge management solutions, leveraging on experience gained over years working with Indian’s largest MNCs and also startups.
A typical day for Swati is strategizing HR solutions to enhance productivity for the Board and CXOs of her retainer clients, delivering consulting assignments for clients requiring limited interventions and supervising the work of her collogues before going back home to a loving family of husband and two kids.
