Susan Josi Champannoor

Susan is an accomplished healthcare marketing & communications professional with over 40 years of experience in the pharma, OTC, and Med Tech domains.
After a decade-long tenure in R&D & marketing, she co-founded India’s first full-fledged Healthcare Advertising & Communications agency, Sorento Healthcare, in 1994. In 2017, Sorento was acquired by Havas Health and You, becoming Havas Life Sorento, where Susan was given the expanded role of Managing Director for SE Asia & the Middle East. Following her tenure, she transitioned to an Independent Consultant in 2023.
Susan is an avid half-marathon runner & a certified PADI Scuba Diver. She holds a deep passion for music, films, & engages in discussions on creativity & women’s empowerment whenever time allows.
