Sunil Shah

Sunil currently serves as the Director for Evergreen Family Business Advisors. Evergreen partners with successful Business Families to accelerate business Growth with family harmony through Family Constitutions and Continuity Planning.

Sunil has previously, been the Managing Director of HDFC Securities. He is a member of Board of directors for HDFC Credila Financial Services Limited, and is the Chairman of the CSR Committee and Member, Audit/ Nomination and Remuneration and Risk Management Committees.

Sunil also teaches a full course on “”Family Business Dynamics”” at the IIMA. He has studied Managing Family Business for Generational Success from Harvard Business School and is a Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, USA.
