Sudha Dhar

Sudha is an experienced leader specializing in strategic technology adoption to drive growth. She has held senior roles, including Managing Director at CPPIB and Enterprise Architecture Head at CPPIB and previously CIO Cummins, leading transformation initiatives across global markets and industries such as manufacturing, retail, banking, and FMCG.
A strong advocate for women’s leadership, Sudha has served as presiding officer for POSH and trustee for company trusts. She actively engages with forums like SEMAA for women’s empowerment and is on the advisory board of Symbiosis College of Information Technology.
In her free time, Sudha enjoys acrylic art and travel for cultural immersive experience.
