Snigdha Shah Aakash Shah

Aakash, Executive Director of NIPHA Group and Co-Founder of NowPurchase, has over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, sales, and strategic marketing. An MBA from ISB, he leads NIPHA’s Mechanised Farm Solutions business, driving innovation across manufacturing and market expansion. He also serves as National Vice Chairman of EEPC India and is the former President of MCCI, championing sustainable industrial growth and community-focused progress.
Snigdha began her career with Zensar, working on investor relations and M&A transactions before transitioning into skill development and public-private initiatives with Dell-Perot and NSDC. A postgraduate university topper in Finance, she has been a member of the CSR Committee of BCCI and former Chairperson of the Ladies Forum of MCCI. She founded and served as CEO of the SVP India Kolkata Chapter, turning an initial six-month commitment into eight years of meaningful social impact — driven by her belief that transforming even a single life creates ripple effects for lasting community change. They have a 13 year old daughter, Anika and a 9 year old son, Kaveer.
