Saumil Fidelis

Saumil Fidelis is a social development professional who has spent the past decade blending education, community empowerment, and leadership.
With a Master’s in Social Work from Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Ahmedabad, he is passionate about inclusive education. He co-founded Urban Tutor, a learning initiative that supports students from diverse backgrounds, including those from alternative schooling pathways.
His journey began with grassroots work at Janvikas, where he mobilized communities, built education support centers, and empowered Safai Karmacharis.
Over the years, he has led programs in skill development, counseling, and outreach, always driven by the belief that education can transform lives and create opportunities for every learner.
