Sarada Akkineni

Sarada is an ed-tech entrepreneur passionate about transforming K12 education to address skills and learning gaps, helping children reach their full potential. With a Master’s in Computer Engineering from UIUC and a Bachelor’s from Andhra University, she has over 20 years of experience launching products at tech companies like Bell Labs, Cisco, and Lucent Technologies. After moving back to India, Sarada and her husband built the country’s first platinum-rated green home, sparking their journey into cleantech which led to heading the product development at Blaze automation, an IoT company. Sarada also co-authored a children’s book celebrating Indian women role models. At SVP Hyderabad, she is eager to collaborate with others to create positive social change.
