Sandip Sen

Sandip is a pioneering entrepreneur and global business leader—Founder of Carson Business Consulting, Managing Director of Litmus World, and Director at COPC Inc. He also founded Customer First Services, one of India’s earliest CRM companies, which was later acquired by Aegis. As Global CEO of Aegis (2012–2018), Sandip played a defining role in scaling the organization into a USD 1 billion global enterprise operating across 13 countries.
