Sandip Patnaik

Sandip serves as Senior Managing Director of JLL India, responsible for the overall business growth of JLL in a region where the company is the market leader.
He joined JLL in 2006 to head the Corporate Leasing business in Hyderabad and rapidly advanced to become Managing Director in 2012, making him the youngest MD in the firm and a member of the India Leadership Council. He has completed the Senior Leadership Programme at INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus in France.
With 26 years of work experience, including 18 years in real estate with JLL, Sandip has worked across various asset classes such as office, retail, residential, land, warehousing, and industrial.
In addition to his role at JLL, Sandip is an avid angel investor in startups, a Director on the TiE Hyderabad Board, a member of the CEO Club, and an advisor to Osmania University.
