Samana Tejani

Samana Tejani is currently the Director of Operations at Gits Food Products Pvt. Ltd. She is responsible for overseeing all production, quality control, research, & development activities at the plant. Additionally, she has spearheaded technology upgrade initiatives at Gits Food Products. Under her leadership, a state-of-the-art facility for Ready-to-Eat products was established in 2020.
Samana completed her Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University in USA in 2008 following which she came back and joined Gits. In 2017, she pursued her MBA from Purdue University, USA.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Samana is deeply passionate about philanthropy and social welfare. She is an alumna of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and served as the curator of the Pune chapter from 2014 to 2015.
