Sachindra Rudra & Vidhya Srinivasan

Sachindra ‘Sachin’ Rudra is a seasoned investor and has more than 25 years of experience of investing in and scaling organisations. Currently, Sachin runs Crest Spring Advisory LLP which advises funders and early-stage enterprises on solving some of the world’s toughest problems using an enterprise model. Sachin also makes angel investments in his personal capacity, serves as an IC member on 3 funds and works actively with the management teams of 4 early-stage enterprises looking to scale. Prior to this role, Sachin worked for Acumen Fund, Navis Capital, Piramal Healthcare, McKinsey & Co and Hindustan Lever.
Sachin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from St Stephen’s College in Delhi, a Masters Degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. He has MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Vidhya is a seasoned veteran with more than 25 years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, corporate governance, legal advisory and investor relations across India and Asia Pacific region. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Eicher Motors. In her professional journey, she has held several senior finance roles with a wide exposure to various facets of finance in her earlier stints at Bata India, Puma India, Sentiss Pharma, Aditya Birla Retail and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals among the several other renowned brands.

Vidhya is a qualified Chartered Accountant (1993) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a post-graduate diploma in business administration from IIM Ahmedabad (1997). She pursued her Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras (1990).
