Ruchita Rathi

Ruchita is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a Trustee of the Tarachand Ramnath Seva Trust. She was drawn to the Trust’s work through its guiding belief that service to mankind is service to God. Being part of her family’s trust has provided her with a strong foundation and a meaningful platform to pursue initiatives that are deeply embedded in the community.
One of the key initiatives she lead is the ‘Tarachand Atmanirbhar Grant’, a program designed to create large scale and lasting impact by empowering grassroot NGOs. Through this initiative, the Trust focuses on strenghthening organizations from within – building their capacities, supporting leadership and offering flexible open ended funding. The aim is to enable the NGOs to not just survive but to thrive, scale their work effectively, and ultimately become self-sustainable.
