Ripple Mirchandani

Ripple Mirchandani is the Founder Trustee of Mudita and a Chartered Accountant and an experienced professional well-versed in the Corporate Eco system and is very passionate about strategy, risk management, governance and all people related issues Ripple began her corporate career with the Price Waterhouse Pune office, working in their Audit & Business Advisory Services division. She then was also a part of the PWC, Calgary, Canada Audit team during 2004-2006. Once back in Pune, Ripple joined WNS Global Services as Vice President, Operations, where she was managing the finance & accounting teams of more than 1000 people serving esteemed clients in the UK that included British Airways, British Gas, TUI, etc.

Ripple is also trustee & treasurer of the Jai Hind Sindhu Educational Trust, a 65+ year old trust that provides schooling to children from the pre-primary to the post graduate level and educates more than 9,000 children every year.

Ripple lives in Pune with her husband and two young girls and enjoys reading, travelling & music in her free time.
