Reema Malhotra

In a career spanning 25+ years, Reema has led the HR function for organizations at various stages of their growth journey. Most recently she was responsible for building and managing global teams and leading the people team through a large global merger, as S&P Global took over IHS Markit. Previously she worked with Nokia and BlackRock.
 
Reema has been on the CSR Committee and board of these organizations and contributed to various causes focused on Education and COVID support. Her experience working with leaders in Growing and Scaling organizations will be an asset to many NGOs.
 
Reema has a BE in Electronics and Communication from the Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Delhi. She is a keen learner in the field of Mental and Physical well-being.
