Ranvijay Lamba

Ranvijay Lamba is the President, People & Global Operations at Arcesium along with Country Head for India and Portugal where he leads strategy, operations and growth initiatives across key markets. In this role, Ranvijay drives the firm’s expansion efforts and oversees business performance, helping deliver advanced financial technology and data solutions to institutional clients.
He also serves as Chair of AMCHAM Hyderabad, contributing to leadership and business community engagement. Outside of his core professional work, Ranvijay participates in industry events and initiatives focused on skill development and social impact
