Raja Poladi

Raja Poladi is a seasoned Senior Technology Leader with over 25 years of experience in the software industry. He holds a Computer Science degree from NITW and an MBA in Finance from IIMC. His career includes roles at Pramati, ADP, and Cognizant, and he co-founded Dhiva.ai, where he served as CTO until 2022. He later led the India Delivery Center at Egen.ai before taking a career break in September 2024.
Raja is also an active technology advisor, having assisted CARE India in 2022, and is involved with TISA, supporting initiatives for individuals who stutter. He has served as a jury member for the HYSEA Product Forum and mentors startups at T-Hub. Beyond his professional commitments, he manages his community’s affairs as Treasurer and enjoys biking and chess.
