Rachana Mehta

Rachna Mehta is an entrepreneur with a diverse professional background spanning multiple industries. She is the Founder & Designer of Rachna Mehta Jewellery, a brand she launched in 2019. In addition, she is the Director at Sampann Ventures, focusing on real estate investments. Her career began in 1995 in the hospitality & Airline industries, with roles at Taj Hotels, British Airways, Thomas Cook, and Emirates Airlines, where she played a pivotal role in launching and expanding Emirates’ operations in Andhra Pradesh. Rachna later transitioned into entrepreneurship, introducing Gymboree to PAN India, bringing global best practices in Early Childhood Education. Beyond her professional endeavours, Rachna is deeply involved in philanthropy as a Co-founder and Trustee of the Heal a Child Foundation, since 2010. Her personal interests include Swimming, Car Rallies & Scuba Diving.
