Priya Mathilakath

Priya has over 27 years of experience in various business roles, she has successfully transformed Human Resources from a service function to a Strategic Business Partner. With over two decades of diverse experience working with renowned global brands, she has played many roles on the corporate stage, but it is the people aspect that has always captivated her.
Priya began her career with Taj and has worked across industries with organizations such as Unilever, Mahindra and Titan. Her earlier years were spent in Sales, which played a pivotal role in shaping her into the person she is today. The exposure she gained in these roles has made her an unconventional human resource professional. Under her leadership Titan has worked significantly on HR transformation, people strategy in a high ambition, scale and growth environment and DEIB (Diversity, Equity , Inclusion and Belongingness).
Her philosophy begins with the belief that human intent and empathy are the anchors of all Organisational Progress. Even when driving HR transformation, she prioritises culture and emotional connection while balancing digitalisation and process efficiencies.
Her belief is that leaders should lead with character not just competence.
