Her journey has encompassed roles in special schools, sheltered workshops, residential facilities, and vocational centres, which have enriched her understanding and capabilities in navigating the complexities of working alongside NGOs for the betterment of those with special needs. Her expertise spans several critical areas, including content development, training for both students and trainers, project management, fostering partnerships, CSR initiatives, and donor management.
Transitioning from a background specialized in graphics, animation, web designing, multimedia, and a diploma in marketing to the social sector marked a profound shift in her career trajectory. This change, although drastic, has proven to be a positive stride towards making a tangible impact in the lives of many.
