About the partner
Praveen has been a dedicated Partner of SVP since 2019 and is currently part of the Delhi CMC. Over the years, he has worked closely with Srujna Charitable Trust and has contributed actively to the Chapter’s impact and collaborative spirit.
Professionally, Praveen co-founded and set up an executive search firm, Positive Moves in 1992 and serves as the Partner of the firm, where he led the exponential growth of the firm through several innovative, customer-centric and operation-expansion initiatives.
A true entrepreneur at heart, Praveen is passionate about the evolving business models with time and is deeply engaged with various tech companies for strategic advisory towards revenue and value growth. He holds a degree in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
Praveen lives in Gurgaon with his family and enjoys infusing his passion for travel in work.
My Journey at SVP
since 2017
Over the last several years in Delhi, I have seen the successful co-mingling of monetary contribution complemented by providing intangibles to the Investee firms – wisdom, leadership, guidance, process orientation. We see big CSR funding for large NGOs, but the relatively smaller ones do not get an excellent opportunity to get the proper financing along with the right mentorship. Contributing to that correct combination at SVP has kept me charged.
