About the partner
C. Paparao is an author, leadership educator, and speaker dedicated to shaping character-driven, purpose-led leaders. With over four decades of experience across the petrochemicals, agrochemicals, and social sectors, he blends deep business insight with a human-centered approach to leadership development. His widely acclaimed book The Ignored Mirror reflects his belief that authentic living and leading begin with inner clarity and values, while his second book, The Unscripted Leader, guides individuals to transform into leaders of legacy.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School, and a Fellow of the University of Notre Dame’s Inspired Leadership Initiative, Paparao is the founder of the UPot Integrated Leadership Program—an initiative designed to democratize leadership learning and make transformative growth accessible to leaders at all levels.
Beyond the corporate world, Paparao has played a pivotal role in the SVP Hyderabad chapter, serving in multiple capacities over eight years while mentoring numerous social impact organizations. Through his writing, teaching, and speaking, he continues to inspire people to lead with character, courage, and compassion.
