Niveditha Viswanathan

Niveditha Viswanathan is based in Bangalore and focuses on executive search and leadership advisory services and is active in the Health, Technology and Communications and Diversity and Inclusion practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Niveditha was the Vice President for Business Development and Strategic Alliances with HealthifyMe Wellness, one of India’s largest and most popular health and fitness app. That was preceded by the roles of Assistant Vice President for Business Development at Vymo Inc a smart sales assistant for enterprise field teams, and Head of Product Marketing Sales at InMobi a global provider of enterprise platforms for marketers, both also in Bangalore.

She started her career as a business analyst at McKinsey Co in New Delhi Niveditha’s client facing nature of work has been focused globally, with market understanding across Asia, Europe and the US.

Niveditha earned a B Sc Honours in physics from St Stephen’s College of Delhi University and an MBA from Stanford University She has led expert panels and authored articles on start-up ecosystems and evolving participation of women in technology.

Niveditha is also an active volunteer in projects to empower rural communities and non profits.
