Nishith and Deepa Shah

Originally from Gujarat, Nishith and Deepa have made Pune their home for the past 20 years. They are technology entrepreneurs and founded a custom software development company, True Sparrow, in 2007. They scaled the business successfully and sold it in 2012.
In 2016, they embarked on a year-long journey traveling across four continents with their children, Soha and Shaan, who were 7 and 4 then. They are now 17 and 14, studying at Symbiosis International School.
Nishith & Deepa have since then co-founded a new tech company and continue to build innovative products.
Outside of work & school, Nishith & Shaan are passionate about trekking and hiking, having completed numerous treks in India, as well as the Everest Base Camp trek and most recently, Mount Kilimanjaro. Deepa & Soha, on the other hand, have been learning Japanese since 10 years and have successfully cleared two levels of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Together, they share a love for travel and food, often exploring new destinations and cuisines along the way.
