Meenakshi Venkatesan and Yashwanth Papagari

Meenakshi is from Chennai and has been a Hyderabadi for almost 2 decades now! She is currently working in the family business along with Yashwanth. Her primary areas of work focus are process improvements, automation and digitisation. Her previous background spans industries like Insurance, Logistics and IT on the operations and people management side. She is a graduate of City University Business School, London and the Indian School of Business. Outside of work, her interests include art and architecture, history, travel and design.

Yashwanth is a second generation entrepreneur who has been actively managing the family business interests across cement, spinning and engineering equipment manufacturing for almost 20 years now. An engineer by interest and qualification, he is also a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and the Indian School of Business. Tennis, Yoga, Music, and their daughters (14,12) take up most of his time outside of work!
