Meenakshi Kumar

Meenakshi Kumar is a post graduate in Commerce bringing over a decade of experience in the development sector with a deep focus on disability, education, and building communities that care. Her journey began with volunteering in different organisations for various causes.
Meenakshi Kumar most recently served as the Partnerships Manager at Tamahar Trust, where she led donor management & relations, reporting and fundraising communications. Her efforts significantly enhanced the organization’s visibility and credibility among key stakeholders. Prior to this, she spent eight years as a personal educator, supporting students from primary to high school across a range of academic subjects.
Empathy and enthusiasm are her core drivers. She thrives on building meaningful connections and turning conversations into collaborations. Her unique combination of lived experience and professional commitment helps her lead with authenticity.
