Marri Nidhi Reddy & Marri Adithya Reddy

Nidhi works in the Higher Education, policy and research space, and advises clients on issues related to emerging markets, higher education, philanthropy and skill development among other things, drawing on twenty five years of varied experience. Prior to this, Nidhi was Senior Director, Admissions and Financial aid at the Indian School of Business (ISB), a globally top ranked business school. During her tenure, she was involved in setting the alumni strategy of the School and was a key member of the Centre for Emerging Markets Solutions (CEMS) leading Catalytic Philanthropy studies. She also developed and led ‘mini MBA’ programs aimed at leaders of non-profit organisations and created a capacity building programme for principals of K12 schools. Nidhi was instrumental in establishing partnerships with various social development organisations, foundations and think tanks. Nidhi was also the founder of Keya Foundation, a not-for-profit spreading cancer awareness and advocating patient and family rights. She completed her schooling at the Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet and has done her Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) from the Indian School of Business. A true Hyderabadi, Nidhi is married to Marri Adithya Reddy and has one daughter, Aaria, a junior in college.
Marri Adithya Reddy, an active member of the Indian National Congress Party in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a notable figure in both state and national politics. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, former Chief Minister Dr. Marri Channa Reddy, Adithya works to create a positive societal impact through his Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Foundation (MCRF), focusing on enhanced agricultural productivity, community engagement and sustainable livelihood solutions. He did his MBA from the US and is an alumnus of Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet and Nizam College. Adithya also serves on the board of multiple education institutions, including the Hyderabad Public School.
