Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR) is the Chief Executive Officer of T-Hub and leads its mission of driving results and collaboration for entrepreneurs’ success.

An accomplished serial entrepreneur, MSR has built and scaled businesses across geographies over his 35-year stint in the IT industry. At T-Hub, MSR is committed to pivoting around the 6Ms (Money, Market, Motivation, Manpower, Mentors, Methodologies) and 2Ps (Partnerships & Policy advisory), positioning the organization to become a stronger innovation ecosystem enabler with high-quality outcomes. MSR served as Chief Executive Officer of GAME (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship), a social impact entity, where he was responsible for the implementation of the organization’s programs and expansion plans in its mission to catalyze 10 million mass entrepreneurs by 2030.

Karuna has been an educator to people with disabilities for over 10 years.
