About the partner
Karan is currently the Executive Director at Regal Resources, a leading ag-tech company in India. He is an active angel investor with the Mumbai Angel Network, Angellist India, LetsVenture, and Inflection Point Ventures. He is the youngest Steering Committee Member at the Intentional Endowments Network. Professionally he is an Entrepreneur and Investor. But he is also known as a Public Speaker, Athlete, Creator, Reader, Writer, Changemaker, and Learner. He has studied in three continents: Asia, Europe, and America studying at La Martiniere for Boys (high school), London School of Economics (summer abroad), and Northeastern University (college) – where he studied Finance and Nutrition. He enjoys reading, traveling, living holistically, and working on his passion projects in his free time.
Karan’s family is passionate about change, and it is thanks to his parents, the value of service being a privilege has been ingrained in him. He aims to build his own NGO/Social enterprise sometime soon.
My Journey at SVP
Partner since 2022
I started my SVP journey as a YFP Mentor, working with Calcutta Foundation before becoming a Partner at the Kolkata Chapter. I also worked as a coach during the inaugural Fastpitch coaching Stonesoup Trust. Currently, I am engaged as Lead Partner for Future Hope, helping with fundraising initiatives, marketing, and strategy to scale. I hope to keep learning about the social impact sector from those around me and inspire more young people to join SVP India to participate in this brilliant model of engaged philanthropy.
