Kalpana Sinha

Kalpana is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the areas of leadership strategy & development, executive coaching and Organization Development (OD). She is the Managing Partner of Aaroha – the Humanistic Leadership Project, a leadership strategy consulting firm with a purpose to help build humanistic leaders who harmonise people with profit and create sustainable businesses and fulfilled workplaces. She is also a published author with a book on Women’s Empowerment in South Asia. In addition, she is an accomplished watercolor artist and has several international shows to her credit. Kalpana completed her MBA from NarseeMoonjee Business School. Her prior experience includes HR leadership positions with Microsoft in Singapore and India; and stints with an ed-tech company and Walt Disney.
