Kalpana Sinha and Himanshu Tambe

Kalpana is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate consulting and entrepreneurial experience in the application of behavioral sciences to organizations. This includes leadership development, mentoring and coaching, establishment of corporate universities, large-scale organization development interventions including implementing strategy, and workshops in over a dozen countries.
Her mantra is to help be the catalyst for change that organisations and leaders want to see. Her work spans across Asia and she is passionate about bringing thought leadership from the region to the world.
She works with CEO’s,C- Suite executives in transforming organisations. As an author, Kalpana has a publication to her credit – a book on Women’s Empowerment in South Asia. In addition, she is an accomplished water color artist and has several international shows to her credit.
Himanshu currently teaches and conducts research at premier Business Schools in India and Singapore. He also works with Insorce – an augmented intelligence platform designed to optimize your specific operations – as the Chief Operating Officer. At the same time, he leads a new-age consulting network – COSMODE Consultants – that offers self-serve consulting using digital-first products.
Prior to this, as a Managing Director at Accenture I held several roles; leading the Talent & Organisation Consulting business across Southeast Asia; as the Global Leader for the Talent & Organisation Consulting CoE; as the Asia Pacific Leader for the Talent & Organisation Strategy practice; and as the Managing Partner of the Functional Practices in the Global Talent & Innovation Network. Prior to completing a MBA from the NUS Business School in Singapore, he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from BIT in India.
