Ishita Banerjee

Ishita has a strong foundation in social welfare and a deep commitment to philanthropy, education, and inclusive development. She completed her Bachelor’s in Sociology (Hons) from Lady Brabourne College, ranking 1st Class 8th under Calcutta University, and pursued her Master’s in Social Welfare from IISWBM, securing 1st Class 2nd position and a silver medal.
She brings professional experience from Tech Mahindra Foundation, where she worked as a Location Associate and was involved in programme coordination, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Through her academic and professional journey, she has developed the ability to translate ideas into effective, community-focused action.
Ishita is passionate about contributing to initiatives that promote empowerment and social impact through collaboration. She is excited to join SVP India and looks forward to learning, contributing, and engaging
with a network of changemakers to create meaningful impact.
