Harini K

Harini is a development professional with 4+ years of grassroots experience in rural education, community empowerment, and project management, including a two-year JSW Foundation Fellowship in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
She has designed and led CSR-aligned initiatives impacting 1,500+ students across seven government schools and founded Harini’s Study Centre, a rural ed-tech startup empowering girls. As the first graduate and first professional woman from her family, Harini is deeply passionate about the social development sector. She strongly believes in transforming herself to transform her society and aspires to inspire many more girls in her village to succeed in life.
Outside of work, Harini enjoys diary writing, reading, listening to podcasts, connecting with people, volunteering, and exploring new opportunities to learn and grow.
