Gaurav Gupta is a Partner at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm. He leads the firm’s technology practice in India and is active in the Industrial and Services practice and Family Business Advisory. Gaurav is a trusted advisor on executive and board searches, management assessment, and development.
Previously Gaurav was a Partner at A.T. Kearney. He has worked at Everest Group, Infosys, and McKinsey and Company and has lived and worked in India and the United States.
Gaurav received his undergraduate degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Partner since 2016
We moved from Delhi NCR to Bangalore in 2014; we joined SVP in 2016, which immediately provided a window into Bangalore’s philanthropic heart. My engagement in the early years was as a member of the Grants Review Committee, which provided a great way to understand the real-world challenges of capacity and capability building, even when funding is available.
