Dr. Neepa Saha Sharmaa

Neepa is an author and social development specialist with over two decades of experience. She is the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at CESC Limited, where she has developed a diverse CSR portfolio encompassing health, education, child protection, environment, women’s empowerment, and water. Neepa has built business synergy, formed partnerships, and created robust systems for measuring results. She holds a PhD in Public Administration, an MBA in Human Resources Management, a Gold Medal in MA Archaeology and Heritage Management from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi, and First Class First in BA History (Honours) from Presidency College, Kolkata.
Neepa has been actively engaging with the SVP team and NGOs, guiding them through the onboarding process of NGOs with the best potential.
