Arvind Agrawal

Arvind is currently the SVP & GM – Asia Pacific at Concentrix, a global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions & technology.

Arvind has over 35 years of extensive international leadership experience and previously he has worked with IBM and American Express at different senior positions across sales, client management, operations, transformation, and shared services. In his free time, he actively coaches and mentors professionals.

Arvind earned a B Com (Hons) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University) and completed Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an alum of ILSS – India Leaders for Social Sector.
