About the partner
He is a career banker who is now dabbling in fintech. His wife Manije is a career non-profit professional and advisor, and they are parents to Aedan, age 14, and Ahran, age 11. He enjoys cooking, with steak and stir-fries as his go-to meals. Arnab is passionate about football, a massive fan of Arsenal, loves listening to Jethro Tull and Eminem, reading PG Wodehouse and Tim Harford, and playing racquet sports.

My Journey at SVP
“I returned from Hong Kong in 2017 to establish a Fintech platform to help drive credit inclusion in the MSME segment. After returning, one of the things I wanted to do was to be involved in supporting the non-profit segment. SVP provided an opportunity to be part of a team which allowed for both monetary and time contributions while working directly with non-profits. Over the last 2 years, I have been involved in onboarding Kshamata as an investee while being involved in mutiple initiatives which could help improve the performance of our investee organizations. The experience is continuously enriching and it is deeply satisfying to see the positive impact of our efforts on the investee organization and their beneficiaries. For me this is a start of the journey with SVP and quoting from one of my favorite poems – I have ‘promises to keep before I sleep.”
