Amita Maheshwari is a senior HR professional with 30+ years of experience. Amita has been closely associated with development sector and Was on the board of Care India.
Her last role was with Kedaara Capital, as MD & Operating Director– Talent, leading HR & OD initiatives across existing and new portfolio companies. Her focus has been to diversify and upgrade the talent to drive growth by defining the right HR and talent strategy, attracting the best and diverse talent from across industries and globe and championing D&I. An engineer from NIT, Patna, Amita has a Master’s in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Sanjeev Maheshwari has a very deep and rich 25 years experience in the Executive Search and Selection sector. He has learnt the ropes of business with ABC Consultants and Boyden International and now for last 10 years he is filling Senior / Top Level vacancies at rFactor Consultants.. He is an Engineer from IIT-BHU and a Management Graduate from XLRI. He is strong on developing and implementing people focused processes and systems. He is passionate about environment protection and sustainability.
