Alba has an experience of 18 years of diverse global experience in organizational development, training, quality, and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President – Organizational Development at AICPL, Alba brings strategic leadership to talent development and performance enhancement initiatives.
Her career spans leadership roles with top global organizations including American Airlines, AVIAREPS Group, and Mindpearl, with international assignments across India, the Middle East, Fiji, South Africa, Australia, and Spain. She also founded UpRoute, a training and quality development consultancy focused on delivering impactful learning interventions.
Alba holds a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, and certifications from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre. Her core strengths lie in driving training excellence, improving service standards, and fostering inclusive, performance-driven cultures.
