Dr. Aditi Kishore is a strategic leader driving social impact across health and gender justice. As Secretary of Aarohi (est. 2000), which runs Aarohi Blood Center, she ensures the delivery of advanced blood services and free transfusions to vulnerable patients, with a focus on children with thalassemia and leukemia.As Director of Sustainability & Operations at Sakshi and a member of its Executive Committee, she architects organizational strategy, strengthens systems, and forges high-impact partnerships to scale gender-justice and community-empowerment programs. She also leads major initiatives—the UN Women–funded Textile Industry Coalition in Tamil Nadu and the IDH-funded Women Safety Accelerator Fund across West Bengal, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu—driving measurable, sustainable change.
